A quick testimony:

 

When I was growing up we used to go to church, but all that included was throwing a quarter in the offering, and throwing out my sunday school homework and getting in trouble for it the next week, but church is confusing at 5.

 

For a few reasons, we had stopped going when I was very young, and everything I sort-of learned fizzled out into nothing, but I always felt God tugging on my heart to go back.

 

One day I was asked to go to church in middle school (as a shy little 6th grader) by a friend whose love and care (from her entire family) nurtured me in faith, along with my youth leaders who supported me from day one, to where I am now.
